Honor America's Hero's!
How better to honor a hero than preserving their story and legacy for eternity!
INSPIRATION
   Over the years we have had the opportunity to interview veterans from all branches of the services including the Navy, Army, Marines, Air Force, Special Forces, Coast Guard, National Guard, etc. These stories are truly awesome! What these Hero’s have done, and gone through, (and are going through today) to protect us, our freedom, and make our way of life possible is astounding. The sad part is, we see listed in our local newspapers many Heroes dying every day and most of their stories are not being preserved! These important lessons and stories are being buried with them. What a loss for us, as well as all generations to come.
GOAL
Our goal is to record, preserve, archive, and make these stories readily accessible to anyone. Using today’s technology we have this ability like never before. We want these stories to be an inspiration for generations to come and want to do this at no cost to our “Heroes” whenever possible, and present them with a Video DVD of their story. Our goal is to record over 1,000 stories in our first twelve months on the road. And that’s just the beginning!
MISSION
Our mission is to travel coast-to-coast stopping at VA Hospitals, State Fairs, Conventions, Parks, Parades and many other gathering places so our “Hero’s Across America Tour” mobile studio may be accessible to all Heroes who wish to share their stories.
HOW
Transfers & Duplication Centers, INC. has gotten the ball rolling by underwriting our tour, giving us full access to their permanent studios in Salt Lake City, Utah and allowing us to take some of their state-of the-art production equipment, including their Hi-Definition TriCaster production unit, on the road in our mobile studio known as our “Studio Hauler.” We are looking for sponsors to “Adopt A Hero” to help finance this project. Our goal is to record over 1,000 Heroes stories in our first twelve months on the road
OTHERS
Our Hero’s that have served in the armed forces are just the tip of the iceberg. There are Hero’s among us serving (and have served) in Fire and Police departments, Rescue services, etc. as well as regular “Joes & Joanns” of all ages and walks of life that have stepped up, out of their daily routine, to help others as selfless volunteers and have become Hero’s to countless numbers of us, some giving their very lives in doing so. We want to honor them too by preserving their stories as well.
DONATIONS
No donation is too small. It’s the millions of “one step” that have made America the greatest country in the world!

Adopt a Hero with your donation
You can "adopt" a Hero by:
1) Choose a hero from the stories on our "Adopt Me" page.
2) Make an "open" donation and we'll pick a Hero for you and send you an adoption certificate along with a link to their interview and a copy of their Interview DVD.
3) Pick a Hero you know.
Just type "OPEN" or "the Adoption Number" or "His/her Contact Information" to the comment box when you check out with PayPal or eMail us at adopt@HeroTour.org and put your PayPal receipt number in the subject line and in the body of the eMail along with any other information you wish.
You may donate any "open" amount you wish which will be combined with others to honor a hero or you can donate a larger amount which will allow us to honor several hero's. Every donation of $239.95 will honor at least one hero.
No amount is too small and we welcome business and corporate donations and sponsorships.
